[bvipilots] need some help with the following issues.

Hi to all.
I lately have been working with the tech support for flight one to purchase
the level-d 767-300 for fsx.
Here's the issue.
I pretty much can down load and install everything I need.
Matter of fact, I had to down load and install jaws 12 this morning and it
went in with no problems.
Next to attempting with sighted assistance going through safe mode since the
screen reader will not work down in safe mode, I have tried the following to
try to force the 767-300 to open.
pulled ms security essentals and malware and turned off the firewall and
made sure everything that could block incoming programs were turned off.
Tried going through admin and opening it that way as well.
I even went through the firewall and made sure that it was in the list of
programs that may be passed through the firewall.
Both tech support and myself are pulling our hair out trying to figure out
whythat I can not validate to open up the exe file.
We get through every screen except for the most important screen.
I'm going to try and schedule some time with my dad to try to go down into
safe mode and see if it will let me validate it through safe mode.
Any advice will be deeplay appreicated.
