[bvipilots] dhc8-q400_9

Anyone having any luck with the aircraft in the subject line?  I ask because
this is the one that downloads after clicking on the link in the Supported
Aircraft section for FSX, and when I go to fly it, I get Michelle saying
that this aircraft is not fully supported.
