Hi all,
So, I’ve been performing the IYP Quickstart flights with little problems as far
as performance. I tried to step it up a bit and downloaded the first standalone
tour, and it took an unusual amount of time for IYP to even respond to me. In
the standalone tour, the close doors command wouldn’t seem to work and I
couldn’t pass beyond that.
I figured that maybe it was that particular tour, then I downloaded Stage one
of Around the World. I had the same results with that one, slow checklist
response time. The sim itself doesn’t seem to be having any hangup problems, I
heard the rain pattering clearly on stage one of Around the World but the slow
IYP response times really put me off. The first standalone tour I couldn’t even
close the doors, so not sure what is up with that.
Can anybody help with this? I know most people don’t do the IYP modes here and
just use IYP as a flight addon, but these tours seem pretty cool. I may try
with IYP VA and see if maybe that’s better, but I was really hoping I wouldn’t
have any issues with the tours.
