[Bristol-Birds] post-breeding dispersal cormorant ?

A hatching year Double-crested Cormorant at Middlebrook Lake in Bristol 
Tennessee today (7/29) possibly represents an early post-breeding dispersal 
bird from further north.  Most of of the fall migration cormorants appear later 
in August.  Tom Laughlin and I saw the bird in late afternoon.
