Bristol Birders,

Well known birder and photographer, Teta Kain, will present a program for the
Buchanan County Bird Club on Monday, August 14 at 6:30 p.m. at the Buchanan
County Public Library in Grundy.

The 45 minute program will consist of slides showing a 17 day trip spent on a
ship in the South Seas and along the Antarctic Ice. Birds of the area are
included and Teta will add interesting facts and fun stories about the wildlife
encountered.

Teta is a past president of the Virginia Society of Ornithology and current
compiler for Audubon Society bird counts in Virginia. She is a dynamic speaker
and this should be a great presentation on Antarctica. Everyone is welcome.
Some of us will be meeting at 5:00 p.m. at Belacino's (next to Comfort Inn) in
Grundy for dinner before heading up to the public library for the presentation.

Come and enjoy this interesting program.
