[Bristol-Birds] West to Rankin Bottoms / Wilson's Phalarope

Today, Don Holt, Tom McNeil, JT McNeil and myself (Rob Biller) ventured 
westward from Carter County to see what birds the weather front that passed 
through the area last night might have brought in.  Not much new - but we still 
had a good day with at least one  life bird for each of us.  Below the list is
