The snowfall, about 10 inches, brought out more birds, but not much new with the exception of a Red-breasted Nuthatch, which had been absent from the feeders for the past couple of weeks at my home in Hampton, Carter Co., TN. The American Goldfinches have increased to about 30 birds, and Dark-eyed Juncos numbered 16+. Northern Cardinals were probably just as numerous. One unusual bird at the feeders is a Song Sparrow minus any tail feathers. Bryan Stevens, Hampton, TN
