"in willows at the edge of the Doe River at Cat Island Park in Elizabethton" 
(across the road from the Covered Bridge near Tetrick Funeral Home.

Just located the Northern Waterthrush. Good find Bryan! Also in the vicinity, 4 
Solitary Sandpipers and 1 Gray Catbird.
