Tonight I watched a what I presume was a juvenile green heron for about 15
minutes at Sycamore Shoals Park. It was in the grassy area between the gravel
path and the tennis courts.

There was some activity at the yellow-crowned night heron nest - one adult
stayed in the nest as a little one bobbed up & down.
