Strawberry Patch, Lee County VA
While looking for and finding wildflowers I also encountered the following
birds:
black & white warbler
hooded warbler
hairy woodpecker
titmouse
pileated woodpecker
black vulture
turkey vulture
meadowlark
American robin
starling
redwing blackbird
common grackle
Wildflowers
an acre of Trillium grandiflora
Trillium erectum
squirrel corn
blue cohosh
spring beauty
Anemonella
chickweed
wild flox
Past bloom: Twinleaf, bloodroot, trout lily
