[Bristol-Birds] Elizabethton Bird Club notes

The Elizabethton Bird Club met on 3/1/05.
Joe McGuiness is working up an itinerary for a bluebird house maintenance
project and birdwalk at Tipton Haynes on March 19 at 9 AM.
Rob Biller and Tom McNeil will lead a bird walk at Davy Crocket Park near
Limestone on March 26 at 8 AM.
April 5 is the next EBC meeting. The program will be John Moyle talking about
birds of Trinidad and Tobago.
A tentaive date for the banquet is April 9 at 6 PM. Plans are to have it at the
Elms Resturaunt in Erwin. Expected cost is $8.95 per person for buffet to
include roast beef, chicken and 4 vegetables. Daniel Moss is our guest speaker.
He has been researching grassland birds.
On April 17 there will be a field trip to western Washington County and Green
County. Details are being worked out. It is to include a visit to the Stern's
property where Collared Doves have been found. They intend to serve home made
soup.
The Spring count is set for April 30.
