Hi.
I don't remember step by step on how to send requests, but you have to do it 
like the same way as you send a normal mail on the ps3. It's like two years 
since I did it with sighted assistance, so that might have changed. Well, 
that's where my sighted friend which lives nearby is awesome. Well, if I ever 
got a lot of sparetime, I'll continue a project I started on two years ago 
where I would make a guide on how to navigate the whole ps3 interface. But 
well, time is my only issue. Lol.
