You will only lose data if you get the crash code when a file is open and has not been saved yet.

You send me an email with the subject wedhesday. I have eloquence. After I reset what does data loss means if anything? Or do they just say it to stop people from doing it. ----- Original Message ----- From: jessica brown <justforlistmessages531@xxxxxxxxx To: brajmund2000@xxxxxxxxx, bn list <braillenote@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Date sent: Sun, 03 Nov 2013 13:16:58 -0800 Subject: re: [BNU] just a question about crash Well if you are editing a document, then you put a crash code in the document and try to read it, it will crash, you will have to reset it and whatever changes you made since the last time you saved the document are gone. ----- Original Message ----- From: rajmund <brajmund2000@xxxxxxxxx To: braillenote@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Date sent: Sun, 03 Nov 2013 15:05:08 +0100 Subject: [BNU] just a question about crash Hi list. When eloquence crashes you have to reset. And then everything is ok. My question to you is what will happen after it? Some of you saying data loss but I think nothing. Nothing happened with mine yet. Though I use kng. When I have to use eloquence I just crash it so I can reset and change speech. After that everything is good. What do you mean by saying data loss? What happens? ------------------------------- BNU: BrailleNote Users - a forum for users of BrailleNote family of products from Humanware.
