Hello Jessica,
ActiveSync is what I think you are wanting.
That would allow you to connect to the internet through your pc, use your Apex as a braille display, use your Apex as a braille terminal or use your Apex as a remote synthesizer. KeySync is for syncing your addressList and Keyplan databases with other pc applications. I figure Windows Mobile is for connecting with Windows based devices. If I've made any errors in the info above, hopefully someone can provide the correct info.
