Hello Lucy, Yes, this is possable.Just create a keylist entry & put a comma in between each address. Enter your own email first & when you send it, delete it from the to field in keymail.
For some reason, keymail gives an error if you don't.If you are going to send it to 20 people like you had said, maybe put 10 addresses under the home email address field & the other 10 under business. I don't know how keylist or keymail would behave putting them all in one field. Also, if you are sending mail to people who may not want their email visible to others, use the bcc field instead of the send to or copy.
I hope this helps. Good luck. Sincerely, John

recipients
Hi all,
I am wondering if it's possible to create sub-lists in the address list on the BrailleNote Apex. That is, if I have a group of people I consistently email all at once, is there a way to group them together so I don't need to type in all of their names individually? For instance, can I, as a teacher, create a single record for my class of 20 students?
I hope this makes sense, and thanks in advance for any advice!
