Hi, how I do this is I use a field in the address list like title and put a
group name in there. Then when you want to send to them you pull up the list
of things to search (Not sure what the command is I haven't used it in quite
some time) then you go to the title type in your groups name and it will
then select all entries with that name and it will say what number of items
it found and do you wish to add all and you answer yes. Then they will all
be filled out and you can go back up the list to check you have all you want
but as long as you put the right title in you should have them all.
