Wow. Braille notes are that slow? It isn't the internet connection at fault. 
Its like squeezing a car through a dog house. It just doesn't work  well. Well 
that comparison isn't that good but you get the idea. I know, I blame the 
braille note for loads  of stuff, but the sad fact is that the braille note 
really is at fault most of the time.
