If possible, don't use Daisy at all. Bookshare's Daisy files are not audio by 
default, they are only text, but the ones I have tried have been nothing but 
trouble. The Apex loses its place, is slowed down, cannot perform text 
searches, and will sometimes freeze up for no reason at all.

You could, possibly, open the html of the book by digging through the folder of 
files, but that would not save your place either. If possible, stick to BRF, at 
least that is my experience.
