That is because the keysoft system disk on the Apex behaves differently then other drives. You can not get to a folder by pressing space. You have to type them in. For example, /windows or /windows/programs. Also, a faster way to get to the keysoft system disk is just to type /../ when it asks you for a drive.

My understanding is that the attachments would be copied there, or to your flash disk, and, being large as you said, the disk could not hold them all.
