That is because the keysoft system disk on the Apex behaves differently then other drives. You can not get to a folder by pressing space. You have to type them in. For example, /windows or /windows/programs. Also, a faster way to get to the keysoft system disk is just to type /../ when it asks you for a drive.

It probably means that your keysoft system disk ran out of room.
My understanding is that the attachments would be copied there,
or to your flash disk, and, being large as you said, the disk
could not hold them all.  Try a reset; if the problem persists,
send an email with every two or three of the attachments, instead
of all six at once.
