When you send an email, keymail copies it to the keymail folder no matter if you save a copy or not. If there is not enough space on the flashdisk where the keymail folder is and keymail can not copy the email, then it will not be sent and you will get that error message. Try either moving some of the stuff from the flash disk to a usb drive or sd card to make room on the flash disk and then send your email again or just send it from the gmail website which will be way faster. Keymail takes for ever and a day to send big emails. If you do it from the gmail website, wait for the page to refresh itself and then read that page to make sure your message was sent and that you did not get an error message. Keep in mind that it does not matter if you use keymail or the gmail website gmail will only let you send 25 mb per email so if your 6 attachments combined are more then that you will have to send them as more then one email.
