Ok. Try doing the steps that Josh Gregory gave you again, but don't press space with t at the "folder name" prompt. Rather, just go into the list of folders, navigate to the keymail folder, and instead of pressing enter, press space with dots 5-6. You should be brought to another folder list with just one item: attachments. Press enter to open this folder, and delete all files inside it.

If this doesn't work, the size of the recordings that you are trying to send may exceed the size limit of your email service.
