It sent when I zipped the files, which means the flash disk can
hold the files perfectly fine. I just don't want to have to zip
the files every time.

Yes I feel that the flash disk needs to be cleared. If it says
only about 2.2 Gb free, then clear up looking at My Memos, clear
up attachments and unwanted files that occupy the ssace.
