Hi, I can't help with setting up the mail but hopefully I can help with the
other question. The Apex doesn't have a setting to automatically arcave
emails however once you have read the message you can move it to a folder
within keymail. You can set up as many folders as you like. After you have
read the message and exit out of it then it will ask you which folder you
want to move it into. If you go down at this point it will give you a list
of default folders. If you don't want to keep a message you would move it
to
the trash folder but if you want to keep it then you would put it in the
folder named "my email". If you want to create your own folder then when it
asks which folder you want to move it into you type the name of the folder
you wish to create, It will then say "this folder does not exist, do you
want to create it?" at this point you hit y for yes and it will create the
folder and move that message into it. I'm not sure if there is a limit on
how many folders you can create but I have quite a few without any
problems.
Once you move a message to a folder you are then placed back in the inbox
unless you have no more emails, in that case you go back to the list of
folders.

Hi, all-
This has probably been discussed here before, so sorry for the
repeat. I have just started a new job that utilizes Outlook
Office 365 for their mail. What are the POP3 and SMTP
configurations for KeyMail setup? How do I activate POP3 for my
account?
Also, I would like it set up to archive messages that have
already been downloaded on KeyMail; what are the steps to find
that setting?
I'm not familiar with this system, and any help would be
appreciated!
