In my experience, Office365 will allow you to receive emails, but not send them. The trouble is HumanWare never implemented the TLS protocol that the SMTP server for Office365 requires, so you will only be able to receive email. The only protocol they implemented was SSL. Anyway, here's the info. All secure connection prompts are set to yes.

POP server: outlook.office365.com.

Port: 995.

SMTP server: smtp.office365.com.

Port: 587.

Hi, all-

This has probably been discussed here before, so sorry for the repeat. I have just started a new job that utilizes Outlook Office 365 for their mail. What are the POP3 and SMTP configurations for KeyMail setup? How do I activate POP3 for my account?

Also, I would like it set up to archive messages that have already been downloaded on KeyMail; what are the steps to find that setting?

I'm not familiar with this system, and any help would be appreciated!

Thanks so much,
