Oh ok thank you. I did know what a Pirkins brailler is, but I did not also know it was also called a braille riter so I did not know they were the same thing.

Dear Jessica and List:

A Braillewriter is a machine that writes Braille in response to input on its keys. It is essentially a typewriter that makes Braille characters.

In the USA and Canada the most common Braillewriter is the Perkins Brailler made by the Howe Press of the Perkins School for the blind, Watertown,
Massachusetts.
