Hi Grace,
First, welcome to the list.
Please try the following:
1. Go to Options menu (SPACE with O).
2. Go to Support Information Mode (SPACE with I).
3. Press BACKSPACE with R. If all goes well, you should get your missing
database back and you need to fill out the needed info again.

Quick question,
I was trying to delete an email account and accidently erased the directory
of email accounts database. So when I go to the key mail menu, setup,
directory of email accounts, then add account, it says cannot find directory
of email accounts database. I know that was pretty stupid right, but hey I
am a beginner user. Can I get that database back so I can add an account and
use the email feature on my Braillenote? I appreciate your help.
