[BNU] Exception command

Hey, y'all,
I'm noticing a special exception command and I'm wondering what
it could mean or if anyone has seen it. I have an sd card
containing several audiobooks, some things from Blind Mice, and a
folder of mp3 music. There are some filenames that I wish to
change on this card. First, I insert the sd card into my Apex and
go to file manager, and then Browse files. When I press space to
get to the folder I need and press enter, I get a message that
says "exception: command: 398 at 1884. access violation reading
4521484"
Any insight anyone has would be greatly appreciated.
