I think people are objecting to the format of the presentation. Instead of using a format the BN could use, HW chose to use a video format. I listened to the video and it seems to me HW was intending the video to be for sighted teachers and rehab people and other sighted people who influence the state or federal government to purchase the BN for blind students or job seekers. HW left out the current BN user. It's too bad they didn't offer the news in a format everyone could access. They could have offered it in two formats--one video and the other mp3.
Any BN user who also has a PC or I-device could access the video and use their BN as a terminal with their PC or I-device.

Okay guys, think of it this way. Humanware has three choices when it comes to new updates: tell everyone everything they're doing, tell us only the features they plan to release, or say nothing at all. Historically, they've chosen the latter, staying silent until the announcement right before the software came out. People didn't like it, wanting to know more and know it sooner. Now, they've switched to explaining the upcoming features ahead of time, letting us know what they are going to give us. In my mind, this is a good step, and I'm honestly a bit confused as to why people don't like it. What would you rather they do: say nothing, or give us previews as they keep working on the software? It isn't unfair at all, it's an improvement. Obviously, KS9.4 is not yet ready for public consumption, but as they finalize things, they are giving us an idea of how the new feature will work. What is so wrong with that? On Nov 21, 2013, at 3:59 PM, rajmund <brajmund2000@xxxxxxxxx> wrote:I am not saying that this is not true but they do trick us because the amount of videos. So, I do mot understand what Rajmund was implying here. However, if you'd like the videos, I do not mind converting them to mp3 format for yall. Maybe it will be released at the end of this month or in December before Christmas. I really wish these videoi were in Mp3 format. ------------------------------- BNU: BrailleNote Users - a forum for users of BrailleNote family of products from Humanware.
