I do think their new approach is better. I like it better this way and know what to expect. But what I frankly don't understand is why Humanware has not posted mp3 versions of these spapshot videos. Listening to these audio files that John converted, I see that there is more content in it than what was explained in the email.

Okay guys, think of it this way. Humanware has three choices when it comes to new updates: tell everyone everything they're doing, tell us only the features they plan to release, or say nothing at all. Historically, they've chosen the latter, staying silent until the announcement right before the software came out. People didn't like it, wanting to know more and know it sooner. Now, they've switched to explaining the upcoming features ahead of time, letting us know what they are going to give us. In my mind, this is a good step, and I'm honestly a bit confused as to why people don't like it. What would you rather they do: say nothing, or give us previews as they keep working on the software? It isn't unfair at all, it's an improvement. Obviously, KS9.4 is not yet ready for public consumption, but as they finalize things, they are giving us an idea of how the new feature will work. What is so wrong with that? On Nov 21, 2013, at 3:59 PM, rajmund <brajmund2000@xxxxxxxxx> wrote:

I am not saying that this is not true but they do trick us because the amount of videos. They give way to much videos but not the software itself.

Hey,
I don't believe that this is a trick, 9.3.0 was in fact free. So, I do mot understand what Rajmund was implying here. However, if you'd like the videos, I do not mind converting them to mp3 format for yall.

Hello everyone Yesterday I received an email from Humanware

will be released at the end of this month or in December before
Christmas. I really wish these videoi were in Mp3 format.
