[BNU] Help Please

So I tried to turn on my bluetooth on my apex so I could connect it to my
Iphone. When I did that it said "application error." I've attempted to do
several resets. All it does is shows on the display "starting keysoft." It
won't go away when I turn the unit off. I even tried plugging it in and
doing another reset. Any suggestions?
