Hi Sharon,
Your username is the username you have on your profile. It's not
your email address. If you go to your timeline, you should see
something that says "username" or something like that.
Mine, for example, is Carlos1209. Once you have your username,
go to instant messaging options and when it asks for your
username, type it in followed by@xxxxxxxxxxxx.

P.S.I deactivated my Facebook account a while ago, so I may be
slightly off about what it says on your profile for username.

like using the actual facebook sight so I thought Keychat would
get me
