Got used to it. I tried to get the 9.30 file but got a lot of rubbish back.

Hi,

I contacted Humanware about exception commands. Here's their
reply.

Hello,

Unfortunately we do not have much more than the information you
already have. The exception command errors simply mean that
the file is corrupted or digitally misaligned so that
the apex can not access it at that time. About the only thing
you can try or do at that point is to reset as you stated.

Kind regards,

The humanware team

Hello,
Sometimes when I'm doing something on the BrailleNote and then
hit a command, I get the message, "Exception: command" followed
by a number and "access violation reading 0" or "data
misalignment."
What does this message mean and why does it come up? These
messages have always annoyed me because I then have to reset the
unit.
Thank you.
Carlos
