This Apex that I have, is old. I think it was an m-power because
it is so so slow. I have to reset at least ten times a day,
depending on what I'm doing.

I understand what Helga is saying. Some people say to worry
about resetting it, while others say that you will not brake it.

Hi Guys, this is Helga! How are you all? I just wanted to tell
you that I having some issues with my BN. Whenever I use Key
Chat, I always lose connection, and I can't really chat with
anyone. It goes off, and the onley way I fix it is when I do a
reset to the BN, but I actually do that for 3 times. And I think
if I do reset to the BN too much, it will get broken or
something. But I sometimes I do a reset more than 6 times or so
in order to fix this issue. And I also can't use the internet
either. I really don't like to make a reset all the time. This
is actually very annoying, and a pain on the neck. Just to let
you know, whenever I'm in a conversation with someone in key
chat, my Keysoft tells me lose connection with instant
messaging, and in order to fix that I do a reset to the BN, but
sometimes it doesn't work. I just wanted to ask you, do you
think I should change my BN for one that has a better Connection
to the internet, and one that I really don't have to do a reset
all the time? And if I have to, how do I do that? O Or what do
you think I should do about this issue? Just curious! And I
actually have Keysoft 9.4. I will really appreciate it a lot, if
you could help me, and give me some suggestions regarding this.
