[brailleblaster] MDI and Localization

It looks like MDI will be fairly easy. We can build it in from the first
so it can be used if desired. Localization will be harder, but it must
be considered at the beginning or we will have a big revamping job on
our hands later. The Internationalization tutorial that was referrenced
a shour time ago will be very helpful.
