Hitting the enter key at the beginning or end inserts an empty paragraph
element into the DOM where the blank line is.  Hitting enter within text
will split the block element in the DOM.  So in BB or in the resulting brf
file it will appear like a blank line.  I'm not sure how to go about
inserting a blank line using a <br/> element with just a keystroke.
