HI, Shelley. Hmm. I've been using Norton for five years now and find that it is accessible once you learn how to navigate it, which wasn't difficult for me, anyway. I have used McPhee, Norton and AVG and for friendliness locating viruses fastly and destroying them The free edition of AVG does an awesome job.
