Hi all,Yes, Monica, I agree. The ease of use via computer is well documented and is excellent. However, there may, I say may, be a problem with the BrailleNote. I wish that they had been clearer in their message too. It is best, when putting out information to a large group, to write that information in short sentences, paying particular attention to the most important information which always goes first. In addition, known problems should be stated clearly and specifically, leaving no room for speculation. Equipment brands and versions should be listed in such an announcement.
As it is, the BrailleNote Community is fuming and set to explode momentarily. <sigh> Don't they teach *anybody* how to write any more? All this speculation could have been quashed if only some sensible person had written the announcement and given *all* the information.
