I sometimes get e rror messages when attempting to download Bookshare
material from Kurzweil 1000. The error message usually is: "An error
occurred wh en downloading --. Content not available to user."
Two titles that presented me with this message are I Am Brian Wilson, by rian
Wilson, and Lipstick and Powder, by Sally Worboys. What does this mean?
Also, some time ago, I attempted to download a complete collection of Lemony
Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events books. This time, only a message
saying that an error had occurred when downloading came up. Why would this
happen?
