I'm glad you asked--I've been wondering the same thing since I've been a
Bookshare volunteer, and that's almost 3 years! <lol> I once asked a friend
in the desktop publishing industry, but even he didn't know. I figured if he
didn't know it couldn't be too important so I did it the way I wanted, which
is exactly the way you've been doing it. <grin>
