Hi Julie. That can't be good. Sorry to hear your scanner has died. I hope some of our tips will help you make the right choice for a new one, and that you'll be back up and scanning like a pro in no time.

When the bar returned to the beginning again and I turned the scanner off, when I powered it back on again, it got no power.
