Oh, you're right. I guess it's dead brain cells all over the place.

Bob:
The actor on I Love Lucy was William Frawley.

Not sure, but I think William Crowley may have been an actor on the "I love Lucy" show. <lol>

Okay, we'll wait to hear from Jill.

Hi,

I don't mind scanning such a big book. Maybe Jill can chime in as to what she'd like to do--maybe she'll let it go. It's John crowley (smile) and my library has a few books by this author. Should be pretty interesting. Now I need to hear from Jill I guess.

The book is "little Big" by William Crowley (I think his first name is William) but I'm sure about the Crowley.

Jill was going to put it on her "to scan" list, but said it would take some time before she could get to it. I'm sure she wouldn't mind if you scanned it, if you could get to it earlier.

However, be warned, this book is about six to seven hundred pages long. I don't think it will be scanned in a sunny afternoon.

If you do scan it, let us know so Jill won't dupplicate your efforts.

I do appreciate your willingness to take this on. It is a wonderful book and others will appreciate your efforts later.

If you want/need a proof reader I will be more than happy to offer my services.

Thanks.
Bob

Hi,

Bob, I think you recently posted a request for a book I'd like to scan but I can't remember what the exact title is. something about big Little? You said it's already in the collection but it's not the best copy. I tried searching for it but couldn't find it. Can you give me the title and I'll scan it if no one else has claimed it.

thanks.
