Hi,
I've had this happen when attempting to log-in from the Braille Note. Doing
a reset solved the problem. This just started happening within the last
month though.

Last night I went onto Bookshare to try to get a couple of books, but the
log-in page wouldn't load. Obviously, I couldn't get what I wanted. I've
tried numerous times today but to no avail. Yes, my account is paid up
until next December. Is there some special work being done? Is anyone else
having this problem?
