Hi Sue,
Which version of software you running in your Braille Note? I used to
occasionally have to perform a reset, but since upgrading to build 47 of
Keysoft version 7.2, all has worked fine for me.

I've had this happen when attempting to log-in from the Braille Note. Doing a

Last night I went onto Bookshare to try to get a couple of books, but the
log-in page wouldn't load. Obviously, I couldn't get what I wanted. I've
tried numerous times today but to no avail. Yes, my account is paid up until
next December. Is there some special work being done? Is anyone else having
this problem?
