Many blindness mailing lists tolerate off-topic posts because the moderators
understand that some blind people find it easier to reply to a message than
do what they should learn to do to find the right place to address a
specific question. Many mainstream lists would give you a warning and then
kick you if you violated the topical guidelines more than once or twice.
