Oh, you have IE8. I sometimes wish I still had it. Maybe things aren't
fixed for IE9 yet. I can still download from Web Braille, so the problem
must not be on my end.

I do have JAWS. After they said things had cleared up for IE8, I downloaded
successfully. I didn't do anything differently than usual.
I have JAWS 13.
