And to add to the complexity of the decision-making process, you have
international copyright issues, too. This is why if you live in the U.K.,
you can purchase Harry Potter books from Audible, but you can't if you live
in the U.S.

Thanks for chipping away a little at my ignorants, I didn't know these
decisions were author specific. I just assumed they'd be made by
publishers.
