Thanks to all for the help with my problem of getting the audible files to the Bookport. I am still not sure what my problem was but all seems to be OK now. One thing I did notice is that when I got the list of my Audible files to move to the Bookport it insisted on reading the Format 3 files I had in a folder I called "allready read" rather than the two Format 4 files i had in my "in-box".. I solved this by copying the files to my allready red folder.
