[bookport] Transfer suggestion

It would be greatly appreciated if for some reason a file is not able to
transfer over if the dialog would simply not appear and the process would
continue with the remaining files. I had occasion to leave the unit busily
transferring files only to come home and find it had stopped on file 15 of 36.
