No, since they're part of the file. If you want to go to the trouble of
converting the file to text and then manually editing it, you're welcome to
do it, but that's a lot of work and you might just want that information
some time. The consensus among those who produce books for reading on the
Book Port, Book Courier, etc., is that the original text should be
faithfully reproduced and provided and I support this philosophy.
