There's probably some setting buried in the advanced tab of your internet
options that should help with this. I've never seen the info bar either, so I
can't point you to the exact setting.

All right! An oddity! Looks like I'm the only one who gets it. anyone who
knows about the information bar know why it keeps popping up every time I
try to read the documentation on my computer?
